Requirements: A keen interest in the company's well being and success, A tolerable understanding towards junior and trainee scaffolders with the intent to pass on skills and knowledge.

Basic Scaffolders (Part 1 & Part 2)

Requirements: Aptitude for taking instructions from the senior scaffolders and also remain loyal to the company

Trainee Scaffolders

Requirements: Aptitude for learning and taking instructions, and also progression through the scaffolding training with the intent to remain loyal to the company for at least 2 years after all training is completed. (only for further training)
